802.3bt power supply description |
In 802.3bt Class 8 power supply mode:
If the PoE OUT port is not used, no function is restricted. In enhanced dual-radio 2G mode, the 2.4 GHz radio supports 8×8:4 MIMO and a maximum of 20 MHz bandwidth.
If the PoE OUT port (supporting only 802.3af) is used, the 10GE electrical port and the SFP+ optical port work as combo ports, and when one of them is working, the other is unavailable. The GE electrical port is available. Other functions are not restricted. In enhanced dual-radio 2G mode, the 2.4 GHz radio supports 8×8:4 MIMO and a maximum of 20 MHz bandwidth.
In 802.3bt Class 6 power supply mode:
If the PoE OUT port is not used:
Wi-Fi:
The transmit power of radios is not affected.
- Standard dual-radio mode: 2.4 GHz (4×4) + 5 GHz (12×12:8)
- Dual-radio + independent scanning radio mode: 2.4 GHz (4×4) + 5 GHz (8×8) + 5 GHz independent radio scanning
- Enhanced dual-radio 2G mode: 2.4 GHz (8×8:4) + 5 GHz (4×4). In this mode, the 2.4 GHz radio supports 8×8:4 MIMO and a maximum of 20 MHz bandwidth.
Wired network port:
The 10GE electrical port and the SFP+ optical port work as combo ports, and when one of them is working, the other is unavailable. The GE electrical port is available.
