8 Ch DWDM Multiplexer Description:
8 Ch DWDM Multiplexer is based on the membrane filter technique and proprietary non-flux metal bonding micro-optics packaging design, within ITU wavelengths to achieve uplink and downlink. It provides ITU channel center wavelength, low insertion loss, high channel isolation, low power consumption, wide passband characteristics, no glue loop, excellent thermal stability and reliability and so on. In a telecommunications network system, it can be used for uplink or downlink optical signal.
Features:
1. The multiplexer and de multiplexer of the integrated DWDM system are used at the transmitting end and the receiving end respectively, that is, only the multiplexer at the transmitting end and only the de multiplexer at the receiving end. OTU switching equipment (this part is more expensive)? Therefore, the investment in DWDM technology equipment can save more than 60%.
2. The DWDM combination system uses only the same components (such as even or odd numbers) at the receiving end and the transmitting end. Telecom operators can order directly from manufacturers, reducing the number of products and reducing costs, thereby saving equipment. .
3. Open DWDM network management is responsible for monitoring OTM (usually OTU), OADM, OXC, and EDFA, and its resource allocation accounts for 20% of the total resource of DWDM system; while integrated DWDM does not require OTM equipment, its network management is only responsible for monitoring OADM, OXC, and EDFA. Many manufacturers can enter the competition, and its network management costs can be reduced by half compared to open DWDM network management.
Applications:
- DWDM Network
- Add/Drop System
- CATV Fiberoptic System
- Metro/Access Network
- Fiber Optical Amplifier
