The Huawei Ma5680t OLT board serves as a Super Control Unit Board, acting as the central hub for system control, service switching, and aggregation in network infrastructure. Notably, it also functions as the core management and control unit of the integrated network management system (NMS). The board facilitates communication with service boards through master/slave serial ports and inband GE/10GE channels, enabling configuration, management, control, and implementation of simple route protocol functions.
Huawei MA5680T is a aggregation Optical Line Terminal (OLT), it supports up to 14 service slots (19inch type) and can support maximum 28,000 subscribers (GPON). MA5680T has GICF/X2CS Uplink Board available for selection, and two power slot redundancy for DC power input.
